自傳

汪書華博士是臺灣大學社會工作系的副教授。她的研究專注於社會福利政策、社會救助政策、移民政策以及家庭福祉。她目前正在進行多個研究項目,包括全球福利制度、東亞福利制度、COVID-19期間的社會福利政策、社會服務輸送、社會政策對家庭的影響以及移民政策的影響等。

汪博士的研究得到了香港研究資助委員會、臺灣國家科學技術委員會、
Horowitz Foundation for Social Policy、加州大學戴維斯分校貧困研究中心等的資助。她的研究成果發表在Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, Journal of Social Policy, Health Policy and Planning, Demography, American Journal of Public Health, Social Science and Medicine, International Migration Review, and The China Quarterly等多個頂尖期刊上。她在2022年應邀於The Foundation for International Studies on Social Security (FISS)在瑞典舉行的年度會議上發表Keynote Speech。汪博士於2023年獲得臺灣國科會所頒給的吳大猷先生紀念獎、台灣社會工作教育學會的優秀青年學者研究獎,亦獲教育部所頒給的玉山青年學者獎助。

汪博士目前為
FISSBoard of Governor(自2024年起)、East Asian Social Policy Research Network (EASP) Board Member(自2023年起)以及美國Society of Social Work and Research會員委員會的委員(自2024年起)。她目前擔任香港大學社會工作及社會行政系的榮譽副教授,並且是哥倫比亞大學、聖路易斯華盛頓大學、東京都立大學和倫敦政治經濟學院等校研究中心的外部研究員。汪博士目前擔任International Journal of Social Welfare的副主編,她亦曾是香港社會工作期刊的主編。此外,汪博士也擔任過40多個期刊的同儕審查人。

汪博士有家庭與兒童工作的社會工作從業經驗,同時在政策倡導、政策分析和方案評估方面也有相關經驗。在加入臺灣大學之前,她曾任在香港大學社會工作與社會行政學系擔任助理教授。汪博士於臺灣大學社會工作學士獲得學士學位,伊利諾伊大學厄巴納香檳分校取得婚姻與家庭服務的碩士學位,並於哥倫比亞大學社會工作學院獲得社會工作碩士學位以及社會政策與政策分析的博士學位。
