本演講由台灣韌性社會研究中心主辦，邀請到美國 Columbia University 社會工作學院的三位教授 Elwin Wu, Timothy L Hunt, Victoria Frye，他們除了學術研究外也兼有豐富的實務經驗，是美國的社工師與家族治療師。
在本場演講將會和我們分享 Harm Reduction Approach，説明在美國的藥癮治療計畫。
