講者：Dr. Ying-Chun Lin, working in Child Trends, a renowned non-profit research organization in the US。Steven Chen currently works at Nathan Associates London Limited in London.
講者介紹：
Dr. Ying-Chun Lin
graduated from NTU social work and received her PhD in social welfare from U of Wisconsin, Madison. She is currently working in Child Trends, a renowned non-profit research organization in the US. Students will benefit from her invaluable experience carving out a research career outside of university.
Steven Chen
NTU foreign languages and literatures and received his master degree at LSE-Sciences Po (Double Degree in the Political Economy for Development). He currently works at Nathan Associates London Limited in London. This company provides consultancy research to assist governments and INGOs to conduct monitoring and evaluation.

此演講聚焦於分享社會工作與社會政策專業於海外的研究類型工作分享，除了成為學者之外，研究類型的工作也可以有不同的想像與可能。講者將分享自身的學經歷、海外就業的心路歷程與選擇、工作與職涯的優勢與劣勢，歡迎有興趣的同學前來參與。
