陳昱志博士是臺灣大學社會工作學系的副教授。他的研究聚焦於促進健康老化的社會決定因素(如經濟、社區、社會關係)、生產性老化(如工作、志願服務、家庭照顧)、理財知能、與跨國比較研究。他目前正在進行多個研究項目,如晚年與高齡的自雇與就業對健康的影響(中國)、社會孤立與如何影響認知與衰弱(美國、英國、韓國與中國)、以及理財知能的理論建構與影響(美國)。 陳昱志博士的研究獲得香港研究資助局、美國Washington University Social Policy Institute、臺灣教育部與臺灣衛生福利部的資助。他的研究多發表在Innovation in Aging, Journal of Gerontology: Social Sciences, The Gerontologist, International Journal of Health Policy and Management, Social Science & Medicine等多個頂尖老年學、社會政策與社會科學期刊。陳昱志博士於2025年獲得教育部的玉山青年學者獎助(2025-2030),也於同年獲得臺灣大學拔萃學者(2025-2028)殊榮。 陳昱志博士積極參與多個學術社群。他目前擔任Aging & Mental Health的副主編,並擔任Journal of Gerontological Social Work的編委會成員,也是PLoS One的學術編輯。此外,他也擔任過39個期刊(如Age and Ageing, American Journal of Epidemiology, BMJ Open, Demography, Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health, Social Science & Medicine, Scentific Report)的匿名審查人,共審查超過100餘篇文章。他目前是美國老年學會與美國社會工作與研究學會的會員,與香港大學榮譽副教授。 陳昱志博士的實務聚焦於社區與長期照護的老人健康。研究取向採用大型社會與行政數據與一手數據,以嚴謹的量化方法評估社會因素對健康老化的影響。在加入臺灣大學之前,他曾於香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系擔任助理教授。陳昱志於臺灣大學取得社會工作學士與碩士學位。他於2011年考取教育部公費留美(老年經濟安全),隨後前往美國聖路易華盛頓大學布朗社工學院獲得社會工作博士學位,也榮獲華盛頓大學麥克唐納國際學者研究院學者殊榮。 Google Scholar: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=J0-i7MUAAAAJ&hl=en 個人網站: https://sites.google.com/view/yu-chih-chen |
