Rules for manuscript submissions
Manuscripts addressing topics related to social work, social welfare, social policy, or methodological issues are welcome, provided that they have not been previously published in any other journals. Book reviews of scholarly works in social work, social welfare, and social policy published domestically or internationally within the past two years are also invited.
This journal adopts a rigorous double-blind peer-review system. Reviewers with recognized academic expertise are jointly recommended by the Editorial Board to evaluate submitted manuscripts and ensure an objective and professional review process. All submissions receive expert feedback, with particular emphasis on their contribution to knowledge advancement. The review process is conducted in a fair and impartial manner. In recent years, the acceptance rate has averaged approximately 35% (ranging from 20% to 40%). The journal provides a rigorous scholarly platform for both domestic and international scholars, fostering academic development and intellectual exchange. It also serves as a reference model for students in social work and social welfare fields to develop academic writing skills.
